Your Job: HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you will participate in challenging projects in Human Resources. You will assist our customers in providing high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives. You will coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices. You will increase the perceived value of HR to all stakeholders within the client’s company. You will be the driving force and support of the development and delivery of change plans. You will collaborate actively with our client’s HR Director.

Your profile

• You are fluent in Dutch, French and/or English.
• You have a Master Degree.
• You have a minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in an operational HR role (talent acquisition, developing HR processes, training & development,…).
• Experience in a business position (sales, finance, operations) is a strong asset.
• You have a mature, assertive and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
