Your Job: Consultant in Financial Services

As a Financial Services Consultant you will participate in challenging projects within the Financial Services industry (banking, insurances, etc...). You will assist our customers improving their performance through optimized operational processes and risk management. You will ensure a correct understanding of our clients' business requirements. You will then review and analyze these requirements in order to develop tailor made business rules and processes. You will be in charge of making recommendations and subsequently implementing them. You will really act as a key player in conducting business process re-engineering. You will collaborate actively with our clients' managers and technical experts.

Your profile

• We are looking for a candidate, who is fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
• You have a Master degree (Economics or Engineering).
• You have minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• You are able to establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
• You have a mature, assertive and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of an ERP package (SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards,…) is an asset.
