• In the frame of an SAP implementation, a Railway infrastructure company asked Intys for support in two major domains :
  - fixed assets reconciliation (more than 7 billions euros!) and elaboration of the new fixed assets process.
  - inventory management, including storage controls and stocks reconciliations. Intys advices were implemented for a better management of all warehouses.

• Our client developed with partners a strategic investment in the frame of a PPP (Public Private Partnership). The management of financial issues was requested and therefore Intys provided expertise in risk valuation and project finance structuring. The client’s project is now running on a safe way.
