Your Job: HR Process Expert

As an HR Process Expert, you will participate in challenging projects in Human Resources. You will assist our customers in providing high quality analysis of HR processes, coordinate their continuous improvement and update them while ensuring compliance with business requirements. You will support Compensation and Benefits activities by ensuring availability of quantitative and qualitative HR data. You will collaborate actively with our client’s HR Director.

Your profile

• You are fluent in Dutch, French and/or English.
• You have a Master Degree.
• You have a minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in an operational HR role (talent acquisition, developing HR processes, training & development,…).
• A previous experience in project management is a strong asset.
• You have a mature, assertive and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
