HR Consultant in Talent Acquisition and Development

Your Job: HR Consultant in Talent Acquisition and Development

As a Consultant in Talent Acquisition, you will participate in challenging projects in Human Resources. You will assist our customers in identifying and analyzing their talent needs. You will be responsible for the operational employer branding towards target groups and plan and realize recruitment campaigns. You will be in charge of Employee Development Programs and follow-up. You will collaborate actively with our client’s HR Director.

Your profile

• You are fluent in Dutch, French and/or English.
• You have a Master Degree.
• You have a minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in an operational HR role (talent acquisition, developing HR processes, training & development,…).
• Experience in a business position (sales, finance, operations) is a strong asset.
• You have a mature, assertive and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
